Avinash Misra CEO
Drawing on his strong technical background, Avinash focused on software development
and supply chain management in the early stages of his career. While working at
i2 Technologies, Avinash came to an important realization: True supply chain optimization
cannot be achieved unless the issue of enterprise mobility is addressed. This moment
of recognition, paired with the entrepreneurial spirit of the founding team, was
the impetus behind the launch of Endeavour Software Technologies. Avinash is a featured
speaker and has spoken on various topics from Entrepreneurship to the impact of
Mobility at events organized by industry and academia.
Rahul Aggarwal Managing Director
After graduating at the top of his class from one of the most rigorous academic
programs in the world, Rahul Aggarwal’s degree in chemical engineering led
him to an early career in consumer goods manufacturing. While at Unilever, Rahul
was forced to grapple with the challenge of real-time, on-the-go data collection
and dissemination. The drive to develop a smarter way to handle enterprise data
led Rahul to explore the realm of mobile technology. Today, Rahul guides Endeavours
customers develop smart, targeted solutions leveraging the benefits of Mobility.
Manish Garg CTO, COO
Manish Garg lives and breathes technology that forms the very backbone of today’s
mobile ecosystem. After spending his early career leading global implementation
teams for core banking systems such as Infosys’ Finacle, Manish began to apply
his technical knowledge to broader business challenges. Today, he directs Endeavour’s
operations and delivery as its COO. Manish brings a strong focus to building reliable,
repeatable processes and methodologies. He continues to build the delivery capability
at Endeavour and provides strategic guidance to the management team.
Vinay Shukla Director Marketing – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
Vinay started his career in the energy sector, designing high-pressure energy vessels.
His passion for technology and innovation led Vinay to envisage the future of mobile
computing in the process industry, and his entrepreneurial vision inspired him to
start Endeavour along with Avinash, Rahul and Manish. Vinay brings rich knowledge
of capital markets and banking while working at leading investment banks such as
UBS and Barclays Capital in his earlier roles and helps financial institutions in
defining mobility use cases at Endeavour. Currently, Vinay heads Endeavour’s
operations in the UK and drives Endeavour’s growing roster of clients throughout
EMEA. Vinay shuttles between London, Dubai and Bangalore.
Avinash "AB" Birnale PMP - Vice President, Technology
Avinash is one of the co-founders and heads the mobile technology initiatives at
Endeavour. He is "trend-setter" and "go-getter" and has been working on all the
mobile development platforms ranging from the initial Palm m100 days to modern day
tablet and smartphone devices. He works closely with the technology team to build
skills on NEW and EMERGING mobile technologies and is also involved in offering
high level technology and strategic consulting services to our clients. He is also
an active analyst and blogger.
Ajay Gabale PMP – Associate Vice President
Ajay is one of the co-founders and heads the enterprise technology innovations at Endeavour. He has helped Endeavour to build solid foundation for its growth. He has in-depth experience in architecting and designing mobile and enterprise solutions for different verticals such as healthcare, banking, FMCG, Automobile, Insurance, VOIP, and Content Management. He works closely with other management team members to define strategic vision that keeps Endeavour and its clients on the leading edge of innovation and market growth.
Jayaraman Raghuraman (Raghu) Vice President – Americas
Jayaraman Raghuraman or Raghu as he is called by everyone is a Technology Executive
with over 25 years of leadership in bringing software innovation and execution excellence
to Organizations worldwide. Raghu’s experience encompasses leading software
development, product management, client relationship as well as sales and marketing
teams at Citicorp, i2 Technologies, e2Open and Dell, Inc. As the VP of Americas,
Raghu leads the business development organization as well as manage client executive
relationships in bringing value to Endeavour’s customers in North America.
Raghu is also helping the Endeavour Board in developing Strategic plans and growth
initiatives for the organization.
