Our mobile porting strategy ensures thorough standardization and reuse of code elements is taken into consideration for efficiently porting from any of the source platforms to the target platforms. The importance of defining porting strategy has become very important as there are multiple devices, models, OSes and platforms available in the market. This landscape is changing every three months. So to ensure longer shelf life and continuous innovation in the mobile solution, it is very important to plan a well defined porting strategy, and who knows it better than us as we are the industry experts.

• Porting Analysis & Design Phase: We identify all the reusable components that would help reduce the porting effort. This includes evaluation of cross platform and technologies frameworks such as PhoneGap, Titanium, HTML5 and Adobe Flex to minimize the overall porting effort.

• Porting Development Phase: We follow Agile Methodology to roll out device ports as per the methodology finalized during the earlier phase.

• Port Test and Verification: Endeavour’s Quality Lab (EQuaL) ensures that each and every reference build is tested against the target device and relevant carrier network against the approved test cases.
