Hi my name is Scott Jonasz, I am the CEO of Syncpointe. We provide advanced mobility applications design to enhance the user experience and to significantly reduce the operational expenses associated with mobility management. The reason why we chose Endeavour is, when we initially decided to get into mobility, we wanted to search for the company with broad experience across all mobile operating systems. We also wanted to find a company that understood the complexity is associated with our design and at the task at hand. When we start doing that we really found out only few companies that can really provide these types of services, we visited those in the United States, we travelled to Israel sat down for company about two weeks and we really thought that we would made the choice there. We finally decided to travel to India to meet with Endeavour, we were looking for the intangible differentiators with the thing that would spark and say this is the right company, the right choice. Well, the first day we sat down in Bangalore (India), and we could have met with them in Texas, we could have met them in London but we decided to travel to India to meet with them, simply because we wanted to experience corporate culture, well we weren’t disappointed. We sat around a full of twenty people, most of them developers some of them project manager, we started telling our story, we started painting our vision and what happened, right in front of our eyes, as we started to watch them emerge themselves and became passionate about our ideas, bouncing ideas back in force talking about the what if? And what could be? We watched this , we experienced it and at that moment we decided we found the intangible differentiator. We stopped our search right there and made the choice to go with Endeavour.
