is largely governed by the tradeoff between changing requirements and response time. Our

We have an arsenal of mature, advanced methodologies that include SPC Methods, Predictive Methods and Estimation Methods. Further, while we have built our process framework based
on ISO 9001 guidelines, we customize them depending on the nature, size and complexity of
the project. In every case, the defining factor is always the customer's need and priorities.

We place a strong emphasis on peer reviews to ensure time bound and reliable development. Besides we have initiated a string of measures that ensure quality while allowing for flexibility
and adaptability to change:

• Review of all code.
• Project Metrics to measure efficiency.
• Clear cut Control Charts to view results.

Our Quality function is designed to facilitate processes rather than work merely as a check or
audit. Our Technical Guidance Documents and Checklists go down to the micro levels. Finally, our focus is always on improvement and not just on certification. Process Improvement is a regular
and planned activity, with Half Yearly Process Improvement Plans, in which the SEI CMMI model
is a key input. These Plans have clearly laid out numerical goals for process results as well.
