Quality Focus

At Endeavour, we’re propelled by the belief that quality is the sum of three key components. Specifically, we believe that three critical characteristics of our organization must be in place in order to engender quality outcomes: knowledge, method, and commitment. From the very beginning, we have been focused on developing, implementing, and refining processes and methodologies that maximize these qualities throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Focus

In some contexts, quality can be defined subjectively. In other words, what represents excellence for one project or client may not work for another. We recognize that, and we strive to identify and adhere to operational definitions of quality for each project.

At the same time, we believe that consistency and accountability are important, as well. Here at Endeavour, we recognize the importance of adhering to universal quality standards that are consistent across categories and industries, as well. To this end, our team has adopted and achieved the following international standards for process definition and improvement.

Continual Improvement

Here are Endeavor, we recognize that quality is not a static objective; rather, it is a dynamic and ever-evolving process of continuous improvement. That’s why we’ve developed an overarching Quality Improvement Program to help hone and refine our processes over time, translating what we’ve learned through past projects into real-world results and reforms.

Our Quality Improvement Program is based on business needs, technology changes, customer feedback, suggestions, and other metrics of process performance. We have also undertaken various initiatives such as implementing organization-wide certification programs, a defect- prevention program, internal quality metrics, the increased automation of processes, and the ongoing introduction of state-of-the-art tools.

Our commitment to continuous improvement runs much deeper than a mere slogan; instead, it’s the bedrock foundation upon which we’ve designed our entire workflow and organizational structure.
